Customer Sales Representative (CSR)

MARS BPO, based in Saddar, Karachi, is currently looking for motivated individuals to join their team in a full-time, on-site sales role. The position operates on a night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM and offers a competitive compensation package that includes a basic salary, commission, and performance bonuses. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international customers using English.
- Clearly present products and services while responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Follow up with prospective customers to generate sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and manage sales documentation efficiently.
- Handle objections effectively by utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English is essential for effective communication with international clients.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
