Customer Sales Representative (CSR) | NFC, Lahore

We are seeking a confident and motivated Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to join our team, focusing on the US market. This full-time, on-site role is based in NFC, Lahore, with working hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will excel at turning conversations into business opportunities by engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively closing sales. Strong English communication skills and a passion for achieving measurable sales results are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the US market.
- Introduce company services, assess client requirements, and generate sales opportunities.
- Handle objections, negotiate terms, and convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Follow up on leads consistently to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate records within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales, call center sales, or a related sales role.
- Proven ability to communicate confidently in English with international clients.
- Strong skills in persuasion, negotiation, and objection handling.
- Results-driven mindset with the capability to work effectively in a target-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working with US-based or international sales campaigns will be considered a strong asset. We offer a competitive basic salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs65,000 per month, complemented by attractive sales commissions.
