Customer Sales Representative (Female)

We are seeking a confident and motivated Customer Sales Representative to join our team in Lahore. This full-time position operates during the night shift, from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to engage with customers effectively. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, generating and following up on leads, providing detailed product and service information, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships. The role requires someone who is target-driven, punctual, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via calls, messages, and emails promptly and professionally.
- Generate new leads and consistently follow up with potential customers to convert prospects into sales.
- Clearly explain product and service features to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate daily records of sales activities and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales targets within the stipulated time frame.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Provide professional support to customers throughout the entire sales cycle.

Required Qualifications:
- Good command of English communication, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in sales or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Confident, punctual, and highly target-oriented individual.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with internet usage.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.
- Must be based in Lahore or have reliable commuting options to the office.
