Sufyan Law Associates, a reputable legal services firm based in Lahore, is seeking a dedicated Customer Sales Representative to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing clients by responding promptly to inquiries and providing clear explanations of the firm’s legal services.
- Schedule consultations and follow up with leads to convert interest into confirmed clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and prepare basic sales reports to track outreach effectiveness.
- Coordinate closely with legal staff to ensure smooth handover of clients for case management.
- Support outreach activities including phone calls, emails, and in-person communications, while upholding a professional and empathetic approach.
- Manage multiple client inquiries, follow-ups, and appointments efficiently, ensuring timely and organized communication.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate service offerings and handle client questions professionally.
- Experience in sales and customer service, preferably within a professional services or legal environment.
- Basic proficiency in office software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email platforms, along with comfort using phone and digital communication tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to juggle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Fluency in both English and Urdu; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore, collaborate effectively with legal staff, and uphold confidentiality and ethical standards.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
