Customer Sales Representative

Sufyan Law Associates, a reputable legal services firm based in Lahore, is seeking a dedicated Customer Sales Representative to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis. The firm specializes in providing practical and reliable legal solutions to both individuals and businesses across various practice areas. This role focuses on engaging with prospective and existing clients to promote the firm’s services, ensuring smooth communication and efficient client management. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the firm’s outreach efforts while maintaining professionalism and empathy in all client interactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing clients by responding promptly to inquiries and clearly explaining the firm’s legal service offerings.
- Schedule consultations and follow up with leads to convert them into active clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and prepare basic sales reports to track engagement and progress.
- Coordinate closely with legal staff to ensure a seamless handover of clients for case handling.
- Support outreach activities through phone calls, emails, and in-person communication, always upholding a professional and client-focused approach.
- Manage multiple inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain services clearly and handle client questions professionally.
- Experience in sales and customer service, preferably within a professional services or legal environment.
- Basic proficiency in office software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email tools, along with comfort using phone and digital communication platforms.
- Fluency in both English and Urdu; knowledge of additional regional languages is considered an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore, collaborate effectively with legal staff, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards at all times.
