Customer Sales Representative

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our team at Canal Eden Villas, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore. This role involves managing client inquiries, generating sales, and coordinating packaging orders within the packaging and box manufacturing industry. The position operates on a night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and experience in handling customized box packaging solutions, ensuring excellent customer service and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and social media channels.
- Understand client requirements for custom box packaging, including size, material, printing, and finishing details.
- Prepare accurate quotations and pricing proposals based on client specifications.
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate closely with the design and production teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records using CRM software.
- Address customer complaints effectively and ensure timely resolution.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven sales experience, ideally within the packaging, printing, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Ability to understand packaging specifications and pricing structures.
- Basic knowledge of packaging materials such as corrugated boxes, rigid boxes, and folding cartons.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
- A target-driven and customer-oriented mindset, focused on achieving sales goals.
