The Customer Sales Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will manage both inbound and outbound customer calls, present products and services effectively, and guide customers through the sales process. This role requires understanding customer needs, providing accurate information, addressing concerns, and following up to close sales while meeting established performance targets. Additionally, the representative will maintain detailed records of customer interactions, collaborate with team members and supervisors to refine sales strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards. This position plays a vital role in creating a positive customer experience and supporting the overall sales objectives of Touchstone Communications PK.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

- Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple calls, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.

- Ability to work full-time on-site in Rawalpindi, demonstrating punctuality and reliability.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school or college-level education.
