We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Sales Representative to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time, on-site position involves working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities focused on the USA market. Prior experience with US customers is essential, along with strong English communication skills and the ability to develop lasting customer relationships. The role requires a proactive approach to generating sales opportunities, meeting targets, and supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with US-based customers via phone, email, and other channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate custom packaging solutions.
- Prepare quotations, explain product features, and guide customers through the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Handle objections professionally, negotiate terms, and close sales successfully.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM software.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

- Previous experience working with the USA market is mandatory.
- Proven background in sales, customer service, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and sales-closing abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email communication, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets.
- Willingness to work the night shift and be present on-site at the Johar Town location.

Salary and Work Environment

The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 100,000 to 150,000. This role requires physical presence at the office to ensure effective collaboration and customer engagement. The night shift schedule is fixed, aligning with the time zone of the US market to facilitate real-time communication.
