Customer Sales Representatives

HRXcel is seeking motivated and experienced Customer Sales Representatives to join their team at the Rawalpindi office located in Shabeer Plaza, Main VIP Road, Sector 4, Airport Housing Society, Gulzar-e-Quaid. This is a full-time, onsite position with working days from Monday to Friday. The shift timing is from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The role offers a starting salary of PKR 30,000 along with commission opportunities. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in call center environments, particularly handling inbound and outbound voice campaigns such as FE and MVA, and possess strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound voice campaigns efficiently, focusing on FE and MVA campaigns.
- Maintain professional and confident telephone communication with customers.
- Meet or exceed daily targets, KPIs, and performance expectations set by the management.
- Provide excellent customer service while promoting products or services to potential clients.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant databases.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 months experience working in a call center environment, preferably with exposure to FE and MVA campaigns.
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally over the phone.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with common office software and CRM systems.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite during the specified night shift hours.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
