We are seeking a dedicated Customer Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to expanding our footprint in the packaging industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and maintaining strong client relationships. Your ability to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities will be essential in maintaining a competitive advantage. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to ensure a competitive edge.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through chat and other communication channels.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge to confidently address customer needs and inquiries.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Update and manage customer records and interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and enhance overall performance.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chat Support Agent or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of packaging campaigns, particularly focused on the US, Canadian, or UK markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This role is based on a US campaign and requires working the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
- The position is full-time and requires in-person attendance.
- Compensation is competitive, offering up to Rs130,000.00 per month.
