Customer Service & Accounts Executive

Nafees Jewellers, a distinguished jewellery retail brand located in Liberty Market, Lahore, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Accounts Executive. This full-time, on-site role operates Monday to Saturday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing digital customer communications and supporting daily financial operations. Prior experience in the jewellery industry is not required, as comprehensive training on industry-specific software and workflows will be provided. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 80,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and telephone, ensuring professional and courteous communication.
- Provide accurate information regarding product availability, order status, and custom requests to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed communication logs and conduct timely follow-ups with both prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with store management and sales teams to streamline order processing and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Record, verify, and maintain accurate daily financial transactions and ledger entries.
- Assist with routine bookkeeping tasks, invoicing, account reconciliations, and maintaining supplier and customer records.
- Support management in preparing periodic financial summaries and documentation.
- Learn and operate the company’s specialized jewellery accounting software while maintaining strict confidentiality and data integrity.

Required Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and ledger management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, web-based tools, and essential computer applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Professional demeanor with a reliable and trustworthy attitude toward handling financial records.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in administrative roles, bookkeeping, or front-desk customer relations.
- Familiarity with digital accounting software or customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Experience managing business communication channels or social media platforms.
