Customer Service and Sales Executive (Urgently required)

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for an inbound sales campaign targeting the USA market. This is a full-time position with working hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The role requires excellent communication skills, particularly in spoken English with a clear American or British accent. The successful candidate will be based in our office located in Gulberg III, Lahore, as remote work is not available for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers using a strong command of spoken English.
- Write professional emails as part of customer communication and follow-up.
- Utilize basic computer skills to navigate systems and update customer information accurately.
- Meet or exceed performance targets and contribute to team goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience working as a Customer Service Representative.
- Strong command of spoken English with a good American or British accent.
- Proficiency in professional email writing.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate standard office software.
- Willingness to work night shifts from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
