HSSE Solutions, based in London, is a specialist compliance and energy-efficiency company offering gas, electrical, and fire safety certificates, alongside heating, heat pump, and energy-efficiency services. Our clients include landlords, letting agents, housing associations, and contractors throughout London. The Lahore office plays a vital role in supporting UK clients through phone and email communication. We are currently looking for a friendly and well-organized Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for our UK clients. This role involves managing inbound calls, scheduling engineer visits, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and web enquiries from UK landlords, tenants, and letting agents.
- Schedule engineer appointments, coordinate access arrangements with tenants, and send timely reminders to all parties involved.
- Handle rescheduling of missed appointments and keep clients updated on any changes.
- Dispatch certificates and reports to clients following engineer visits.
- Address client questions and complaints calmly, escalating issues when necessary to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and bookings using company systems such as RingCentral, ServiceM8, and internal trackers.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably with UK clients; experience in call centres or BPO environments is advantageous.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with a clear and friendly telephone manner.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
- Proficient with computers, email, and spreadsheets.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
