Customer service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing call-back and repair activities efficiently. Currently, the technician handles approximately 120 units, operating primarily in the Uppal, Secunderabad area as well as outstation locations. This role is a direct employee position within the Service department, focusing on service operations and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee call-back and repair activities for assigned units.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of service issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Handle approximately 120 units, coordinating service tasks both locally and at outstation sites.
- Collaborate with the service operations team to optimize workflow and improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and report on progress regularly.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in a relevant technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years and up to 7 years of experience in a similar service technician role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple units and service requests simultaneously.
- Strong technical skills related to repair and maintenance activities.
