Customer Service Executive

Shaadi Organization Pakistan is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join their team. The role involves assisting individuals and families in finding compatible matches, providing counseling on marriage and relationship matters, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their preferences, suggest suitable matches, and coordinate meetings between potential partners. Maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards is essential, along with accurate record-keeping of client profiles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in finding appropriate matches based on their preferences.
- Provide counseling and guidance on marriage and relationship issues.
- Understand and assess client needs to suggest suitable matches.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings between potential matches.
- Follow up with leads and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional and ethical conduct at all times.
- Keep detailed and organized records of client information and profiles.

Required Qualifications:
- Education ranging from Intermediate to Master’s degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Proficient in computer usage, including CRM software, WhatsApp, internet research, and data entry with speed and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and conversational skills.
- Strong understanding of Pakistani family, cultural, and Islamic values.
- Ability to handle sensitive discussions with maturity, discretion, and empathy.
- Confident, well-groomed, and presentable personality.
- Punctual, responsible, reliable, proactive, dedicated, and possessing integrity.
- Medically fit to perform job duties.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience in counseling, sales, matchmaking, or client handling is an advantage.
- Positions are available across three Karachi branches: DHA Phase V (Badar Commercial Area), Gulshan-e-Iqbal (Rashid Minhas Road), and North Nazimabad (5 Star Roundabout).
- Work schedule includes six days a week with two shifts available: Morning shift from 11 am to 8 pm, and Afternoon shift from 2 pm to 11 pm.
- This is a full-time, office-based role offering a competitive salary package ranging from PKR 75,000 to PKR 125,000 per month, depending on skills, experience, and performance.
- Additional benefits include transport allowance, food allowance, medical allowance, commission, and rewards for using personal transport (bike, scooter, or car).
- Paid leaves are provided upon confirmation of employment.
- Performance incentives include bi-annual bonuses and monthly increments based on individual performance.
