Customer Service Executive

Techsol IT is seeking motivated individuals for the position of International Sales & Customer Success Specialist based in Karachi. This role primarily involves supporting US-based clients through calls and chats by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. The position operates from Shahra-e-Faisal with a night shift starting at 6:00 PM. Successful candidates will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality service and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of calls and chats from US customers, efficiently resolving their inquiries.
- Provide accurate information and troubleshoot customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all customer interactions.
- Utilize CRM systems and other support software to document and track customer communications.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear American accent are essential.
- Minimum education requirement is Matric/O Levels; a Bachelor’s degree is considered an advantage.
- Candidates must be 18 years or older with basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
