Eagle Developers is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join their team at Dream Gardens, near COMSATS University, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries across multiple channels, ensuring timely and professional responses, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive individual who can coordinate with various departments to resolve issues and provide accurate information about company projects and services, all while upholding a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face communication.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.
- Follow up on customer queries, requests, and issues to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer problems efficiently.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Provide customers with relevant information about Eagle Developers’ projects and services.
- Maintain professionalism and a customer-focused approach at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, real estate, or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Urdu.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow up effectively.
- Competency in MS Office and basic digital communication tools.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and dedication to customer service.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates residing near the office location will be given preference, especially those living in Bahria Town, Valencia Town, Johar Town, Wapda Town, NFC Society, Lake City, LDA Avenue, and surrounding areas. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs60,000. The work location involves on-the-road duties, providing an engaging and dynamic work environment.
