Customer Service Officer

The role involves engaging with clients to understand their property needs, providing detailed demonstrations, conducting site visits, and ensuring successful closure of sales. As a key representative of Zameen.com, you will deliver a seamless and positive customer experience, acting as the primary point of contact between buyers and sellers both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and assess client requirements thoroughly to offer suitable property options.
- Provide comprehensive demonstrations of property units and arrange site visits as needed.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to track any changes in their preferences or requirements.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Ensure timely closure of deals while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A passion for sales with a strong commitment to customer service and excellence.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales; fresh graduates with relevant enthusiasm and skills are encouraged to apply.
