Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and assess client requirements thoroughly to provide tailored property solutions.
- Conduct detailed demonstrations of property units and arrange site visits to help clients make informed decisions.
- Ensure timely closure of sales deals by maintaining consistent follow-up and addressing any changes in client needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Serve as the company’s representative by delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth, seamless process for every client interaction.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A passion for sales with a strong commitment to excellence and customer service.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales; however, fresh graduates with a keen interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
