Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and assess client requirements thoroughly to provide tailored property recommendations.
- Conduct property demonstrations and organize site visits to showcase relevant units.
- Follow up consistently with clients to track any changes in their preferences or requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of sales deals by guiding clients through the purchasing process.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A passion for sales coupled with a strong commitment to excellence and customer service.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales; fresh graduates with a keen interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
