Customer Service Representative / CSR- Part & Full Time

We are looking for motivated and skilled Customer Service Representatives to join our international call center located in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi. This role requires engaging with customers in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed product information.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Work collaboratively with team members and management to enhance sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Education level from Intermediate to Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to perform well under pressure in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work on-site at the Gulistan-e-Johar location in Karachi.
