We are looking for a driven sales professional to join our team, focusing on lead generation and appointment setting within the U.S. healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and connecting with clinics, billing departments, and physician groups across the United States. This role involves engaging with key decision-makers such as practice administrators, billing managers, and CFOs. Strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to manage a high volume of outreach activities are essential. The position is based in Islamabad and requires working night shifts to align with U.S. business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research to develop targeted lists of U.S. clinics, billing departments, and physician groups.
- Initiate contact with practice administrators, billing managers, and CFOs through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify client challenges such as high denial rates, accounts receivable backlogs, and collection gaps.
- Schedule qualified appointments for Account Executives to progress sales opportunities.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of call notes, lead status, and follow-up activities within the CRM system.
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly targets related to call volume, connections made, and meetings booked.
- Provide insightful market feedback to sales and marketing teams to improve outreach scripts and messaging strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in international sales, lead generation, or outbound B2B sales, preferably targeting U.S., UK, or Gulf markets.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding calling, lead generation, or appointment-setting goals.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with confidence in engaging U.S. decision-makers over the phone.
- Ability to manage high call volumes, navigate gatekeepers, and handle objections effectively.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce for tracking and managing leads.
- Willingness to work on-site during night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.
Additional Information
This role is based in DHA - 1, Islamabad, requiring daily commuting to the office. Working hours are from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM to correspond with U.S. time zones. Candidates must be comfortable with the night shift schedule and confirm their ability to commute to the office location.
