Customer Service Representative

N-SETS Global Innovations is seeking a professional and confident female Customer Service Representative to join their team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, qualifying leads, maintaining accurate CRM records, and ensuring timely follow-ups with the sales team. This in-person role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused approach to support the company’s sales and service objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other designated channels.
- Contact new leads quickly to understand their requirements and gather complete project or customer information.
- Qualify inquiries based on company criteria and assign appropriate leads to the relevant sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead status, notes, follow-up dates, and ownership details within the CRM or assigned tracking system.
- Consistently follow up with customers while maintaining a respectful, helpful, and professional tone.
- Coordinate with sales staff regarding customer updates, appointments, site visits, display visits, and any pending actions.
- Provide daily activity updates, highlighting urgent, delayed, or high-priority inquiries to ensure smooth workflow.
- Protect customer information by adhering to company communication and reporting standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, call handling, telesales, CRM, or lead management.
- Strong communication skills in both Urdu and English.
- Professional phone etiquette, active listening skills, and confident customer handling abilities.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and basic office software.
- Reliable, organized, target-driven, and capable of managing follow-ups independently without close supervision.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in industries such as home improvement, construction, real estate, technology, or premium consumer products will be considered an advantage.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate integrity, ownership, professional communication, timely follow-up, and a strong commitment to representing N-SETS Global Innovations responsibly.
- Monthly salary range: Rs50,000 to Rs70,000.
- Candidates should be able to reliably commute to Islamabad or be willing to relocate before starting work.
