Yuni Rides is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Dispatch Coordinator to join our team onsite in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth coordination of transportation services for children and families across the United States. Working Monday to Saturday from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time), the successful candidate will be responsible for real-time monitoring of transportation operations, supporting drivers, and maintaining clear communication between all stakeholders. This position offers a competitive monthly salary of PKR 45,000 – 50,000 and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a trusted mobility partner focused on safety and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily transportation operations and scheduled trips in real time to ensure routes are properly assigned and completed.
- Track driver activities and provide ongoing support throughout service hours.
- Coordinate trip modifications, route adjustments, and driver reassignments as needed.
- Support dispatch activities to maintain service reliability and operational efficiency.
- Assist with transportation coverage planning and ensure service continuity.
- Act as the primary contact for drivers, schools, parents, and internal teams, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
- Provide timely updates on transportation schedules and operational changes.
- Handle service-related concerns and facilitate issue resolution with a customer-first approach.
- Assist new drivers during onboarding, guiding them through documentation and compliance requirements.
- Follow up on outstanding onboarding tasks and support driver engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records, update internal systems, and monitor service metrics.
- Collaborate with dispatch, operations, and management teams to improve workflows and service quality.
- Support process improvement initiatives and uphold operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, dispatch operations, logistics, transportation coordination, or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Professional attitude with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable using technology, software platforms, and operational systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
