Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our in-house US operations team, working directly for our US headquarters. Unlike typical BPOs that depend on fluctuating client campaigns, we are the principal business owners with over 16 years of stable presence in the US market. This means you will not face the uncertainty of campaigns shutting down, as we operate independently and are our own client. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries for our US-based customers with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide effective solutions aimed at achieving First Contact Resolution (FCR) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize premium CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot to manage customer interactions and data.
- Follow a clear career progression path with opportunities for promotion from Customer Service Representative to Team Lead and eventually Operations Manager.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in English with a neutral or American accent is mandatory.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an international BPO or customer service role is preferred.
- Availability to work the night shift from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
- Ability to work from our office locations in Gulistan-e-Johar Block 14 or Gulshan-E-Iqbal Block 13C.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
