Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing baby clothing brand. This is a full-time position based in North Karachi Industrial Area, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to grow with us.
Responsibilities Handle customer support queries via chat, email, and social media with excellent written English.Assist with Shopify management, including product uploading, updates, and basic troubleshooting.
Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT) to streamline responses and tasks.
Support the operations team with order packing during high workload periods.
Carry out other Shopify-related or administrative tasks as required.
Requirements Strong English writing and communication skills.Proficiency in using AI tools (ChatGPT or similar).
Basic knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce product uploading.
Team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Preference for candidates living near North Karachi.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary: PKR 50,000 (raised to PKR 55,000 after successful 2-month probation).
Timings: Monday – Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
One annual bonus.
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
