Customer Service Representative

Premier Solution is seeking motivated Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) and Customer Service Specialists to join our dynamic team in Gulberg, Lahore. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products or services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Work effectively during night shift hours, adhering to company policies and schedules.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work night shifts from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
- Willingness to work on weekends as per the schedule.
- Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are welcome.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software or CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
