Customer Service Representative

DBS Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Customer Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team on the night shift. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to assist with placing and maintaining orders.
- Use persuasive sales techniques to retain customers and encourage continued business.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, live chat, and social media channels.
- Manage refunds, exchanges, and order status updates while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Utilize the company’s CRM system efficiently to keep customer information organized and up to date.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide effective solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Fluent in spoken and written English with strong grammar skills.
- Minimum of one year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably within an international call center environment.
- Ability to convert hesitant customers into satisfied clients through excellent communication and sales skills.
- Competitive, ambitious, and forward-thinking mindset.
- Educational qualification of O Levels/Matric or higher.
- Fast typing skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
