Customer Service Representative

YourPower Labs (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations & Delivery Manager to lead its solar roof data operations focused on the UK market. This full-time, on-site role is based at Al Hafeez Executive, Gulberg III, Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing international client relationships, coordinating the annotation team, ensuring quality standards, and taking full ownership of project delivery. This position offers a competitive monthly salary of PKR 150,000 and the opportunity to work within an innovative AI and geospatial technology company.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage communication with UK clients and effectively set expectations.
- Lead and coordinate the solar roof annotation team to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan projects, assign tasks, and monitor deadlines to meet delivery schedules.
- Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure final deliverables meet standards.
- Track team productivity and overall operational performance.
- Identify bottlenecks in workflows and implement improvements.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects to clients.
- Report progress, risks, and outcomes regularly to company leadership.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or client delivery roles.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven leadership and people management abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing international clients and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
