Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to assist with placing or maintaining orders.
- Use persuasive sales techniques to retain customers and encourage continued business.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally via phone, email, live chat, and social media channels.
- Manage refunds, exchanges, and order status updates while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Utilize the CRM system efficiently to keep customer information and interactions organized.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide effective solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Fluent in spoken and written English with strong grammar skills.
- Minimum of one year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in an international call center environment.
- Ability to convert hesitant customers into confirmed sales with a positive attitude.
- Competitive, ambitious, and forward-thinking mindset.
- Educational qualification of O Levels/Matric or higher.
- Fast typing skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.

This full-time, onsite position is based in Johar Town, near Emporium Mall, Lahore. The salary range is Rs 70,000 to 80,000 per month plus commissions.
