We are currently seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Lahore. This role requires effective communication in Urdu and the ability to engage with local customers and market representatives to ensure excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely assistance in Urdu.
- Communicate effectively with local customers, vendors, and market representatives to address their needs.
- Manage customer concerns, follow-ups, and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Utilize company systems, software, and digital tools to maintain accurate customer records and track interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support and service delivery.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records to contribute to a positive customer experience.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills in Urdu, with the ability to engage confidently with local customers.
- Good understanding of the local market dynamics and customer interaction practices.
- Comfortable using computers, software applications, and digital systems for record-keeping and communication.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to timely follow-ups.
- Availability to join immediately or within a few days is preferred.
