Customer Service Representative

PsychPlus, a behavioral healthcare organization supporting patients across the United States through technology-enabled mental health services, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Patient Financial Services team in Lahore. This full-time, onsite role involves communicating with patients about outstanding balances, processing payments, and delivering excellent customer service. The position operates on a night shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM PKT. Salary ranges from PKR 80,000 to PKR 100,000 per month, depending on qualifications, experience, and interview performance. Previous healthcare collections experience is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact patients regarding outstanding account balances and available payment options
- Respond to patient inquiries related to billing and payment information
- Accurately process patient payments using approved methods
- Document all patient interactions and payment activities within company systems
- Maintain precise records of payment arrangements and account updates
- Follow established collection procedures and company policies
- Escalate complex billing issues to appropriate internal teams
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer service standards
- Uphold professionalism and confidentiality when handling patient information

Required Qualifications
- Completion of A Levels is mandatory
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Current experience working in a U.S.-based voice campaign is required; experience with Ibex US-based campaigns is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable speaking with patients over the phone for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite in Lahore during the specified night shift hours

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in U.S. customer service, collections, sales, or call center environments
- Background in handling payment-related inquiries or account support
- Experience in healthcare customer service or revenue cycle operations
- Familiarity with CRM or customer support software
