Customer service representative

We are seeking energetic and fluent English speakers to join our US telecom and home security campaigns based in Lahore. In this role, you will engage with customers over the phone, present various service options including Internet, Digital TV, and Home Security, and work towards closing sales. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to meet and exceed performance targets while working in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with US-based customers via phone.
- Present product options clearly and handle customer objections effectively.
- Achieve and surpass individual sales and performance goals.

Required Qualifications
- Fluent spoken English with a neutral or American accent.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Availability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
- Prior experience in a US call center is preferred but not mandatory; fresh candidates with excellent English proficiency are encouraged to apply.
