Location: PIA Road, Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan

Job Type: Full-Time (Office-Based)

Work Schedule: 6 days a week

Salary: PKR 70,000- 90,000 (Based on spoken English proficiency)

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Agent with a natural or near-native British accent to handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls for global clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer communication, experience working with British customers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle multiple inbound and outbound international calls efficiently and professionally.
Communicate clearly and confidently with customers, especially UK-based clients.
Understand customer needs, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
Meet performance metrics related to call handling and service quality.

Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in call support or customer service, in an international setting. Prior experience working with British clients is mandatory.

Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism and composure.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.

Strong command of English with a British or near-native British accent.

Familiarity with CRM tools and call-handling software.

Preferred Skills Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
