Customer Service Representative

DBS Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Customer Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team for the night shift. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to assist with placing and maintaining orders.
- Use persuasive sales techniques to retain customers and encourage continued business.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints via phone, email, live chat, and social media channels.
- Manage refunds, exchanges, and order status updates professionally and courteously.
- Maintain accurate records and customer information using the company’s CRM system.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide effective solutions that enhance satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills, including good grammar.
- Minimum of one year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably within an international call center environment.
- Ability to convert hesitant customers into satisfied clients through effective communication and negotiation.
- Competitive, ambitious, and forward-thinking mindset.
- Educational qualification of O Levels/Matric or higher.
- Proficient typing skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Johar Town, near Emporium Mall, Lahore. The salary range is Rs 70,000–80,000 per month plus commissions.
