Customer Service Representative (Night Shift)

The Ultimate Solutions is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team at our College Road, Township, Lahore office. This full-time, onsite position operates during night shifts from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and a desire for long-term career growth within a stable and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally via phone.
- Provide accurate information and efficiently resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions.
- Accurately record customer interactions in the system.
- Meet established quality standards and performance targets.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Support or Call Center roles.
- Education level of Intermediate (FA/FSc, ICS, I.Com, or equivalent) is required.
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work permanent night shifts from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
- Punctual, responsible, and committed work ethic.
- Candidates who can easily commute to the College Road office in Lahore will be preferred.
