We are looking for motivated individuals to join our ACA Medicare Final Expense Solar Campaign based in Rawalpindi. This full-time, in-person role offers opportunities for both fresh and experienced candidates as Fronters, as well as experienced Self/Verifiers. The position operates on a night shift schedule and provides a dynamic, target-driven work environment with competitive salary packages and additional bonuses. Candidates will be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering quality service while achieving clear performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage potential clients as a Fronter by initiating contact and effectively presenting campaign information.
- For Self/Verifiers, accurately verify client details and ensure the integrity of collected data.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned targets to contribute to overall team success.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and team members at all times.
- Utilize analytical skills to assess data and resolve discrepancies, particularly for Self/Verifier roles.
- Adhere to scheduled shift hours and participate in interviews during designated times.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills are essential for all positions to confidently interact with clients.
- Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven environment, demonstrating motivation, resilience, and focus.
- Prior experience is mandatory for Self/Verifier roles, along with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Analytical skills are necessary for Self/Verifiers to accurately process and verify information.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Salary for Fronters ranges from PKR 30,000 to 40,000 per month, plus performance-based bonuses.
- Self/Verifiers can expect a salary range between PKR 45,000 and 70,000 per month, with additional bonuses.
- Overall pay scale ranges from PKR 30,000 to 90,000 monthly, depending on experience and role.
- Work hours are from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM, with interviews conducted between 7:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
- The position requires in-person attendance at the Rawalpindi location.
