Customer Service Representative

Zbex Global (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking motivated and confident individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for the Medicare campaign. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to the Medicare campaign promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and support to customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients in English.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign targets and improve service quality.

Required Qualifications
- Good English-speaking skills are essential to communicate effectively with customers.
- Ability to work night shifts from 6:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence and motivation to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
