Customer Service Representatives (CSR) Evening Shift

The Diligence Network is looking for energetic, confident, and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) in a strictly office-based role near Millennium Mall, Karachi. This position is an excellent opportunity for fresh candidates, university undergraduates, and experienced professionals to enhance their communication skills, gain valuable corporate experience, and earn while learning on a legitimate campaign. The role requires working a fixed evening shift from 6:00 PM to 12:30 AM. Comprehensive training will be provided to all selected candidates. Please note that candidates must be able to commute to the office independently, as transportation is not provided.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate professionally with new and existing customers through outbound calls and emails. Follow up with customers to maintain effective communication that supports business development and customer engagement. Build and sustain positive customer relationships by demonstrating professionalism and a customer-focused attitude. Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. Maintain a positive, energetic, and enthusiastic approach while interacting with customers and team members.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have completed Intermediate, O/A Levels, or hold a Bachelor’s degree, or be currently enrolled in a university program. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are essential. A confident, energetic, and enthusiastic personality is required to thrive in this role. Strong listening, multitasking, and interpersonal skills are necessary to handle customer interactions effectively. While basic knowledge of BPO operations is preferred, it is not mandatory. Candidates must be willing to learn, accept feedback constructively, and work diligently to achieve performance goals. The ability to commute to the office near Millennium Mall, Karachi, and availability to work the fixed evening shift from 6:00 PM to 12:30 AM on-site are mandatory.
