Customer Service Sales Representative

Propstar Technologies is seeking a Customer Service Sales Representative to join our dedicated and customer-focused team. The ideal candidate will confidently communicate with customers, understand their needs, and deliver effective solutions in a professional manner. This role involves managing customer interactions across various channels, ensuring a seamless support experience while maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries and support requests.
- Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information to customers.
- Identify customer issues and offer appropriate solutions to resolve them efficiently.
- Follow up on unresolved queries to ensure customer concerns are fully addressed.
- Accurately record and maintain detailed logs of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant internal departments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain consistent service quality and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers confidently and professionally.
- A customer-focused mindset combined with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in Customer Support, BPO, or Call Center environments is advantageous but not mandatory.

- Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
