Customer Service Sales Specialist

TACK Solutions is seeking a confident and customer-focused Customer Service Sales Specialist to join our team in Karachi. This role requires a blend of exceptional customer service skills and sales expertise, with an emphasis on strong communication, active listening, and the ability to identify and convert sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, comfortable working night shifts, and capable of engaging professionally with international customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international customers via calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Understand customer needs and provide timely, effective solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries while maintaining a positive and professional experience.
- Identify relevant sales opportunities during customer interactions.
- Recommend suitable products or services based on customer requirements.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to support conversions and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
- Utilize CRM systems and digital tools to manage customer and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are addressed efficiently.
- Work toward assigned customer service, sales, and performance KPIs.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer handling, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to confidently use CRM systems and modern communication tools.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, telesales, customer success, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- Confident and professional approach when communicating with international customers.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working night shift hours (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
