Customer Service Specialist

Yuni Rides is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Dispatch Coordinator to join our team in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi. This onsite role offers a competitive salary of PKR 45,000 – 50,000 per month with a schedule from Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time). The CSR – Dispatch Coordinator will play a vital role in coordinating daily transportation operations, ensuring smooth communication among drivers, schools, parents, and internal teams, and maintaining service reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Transportation Operations & Dispatch Coordination:
Monitor daily transportation activities and scheduled trips in real time. Ensure routes are properly assigned and completed according to operational standards. Track driver activity and provide ongoing support throughout service hours. Coordinate trip changes, route adjustments, and driver reassignments as needed. Assist with transportation coverage planning to maintain service continuity and support dispatch efforts to enhance operational efficiency.

Customer Service & Communication:
Act as the primary contact for drivers, schools, parents, and internal stakeholders. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, providing timely updates on transportation schedules and operational changes. Handle service-related concerns with a customer-first approach, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.

Driver Support & Onboarding:
Assist new drivers during the onboarding process, guiding them through documentation and compliance requirements. Follow up on outstanding onboarding tasks and profile updates. Support driver engagement initiatives to ensure operational readiness.

Administrative & Operational Support:
Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation. Update internal systems with precision and monitor service metrics, escalating issues when necessary. Collaborate with dispatch, operations, and management teams to improve workflows and service quality. Support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in customer service, dispatch operations, logistics, transportation coordination, or related fields. Strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential, along with excellent interpersonal abilities. The role demands multitasking and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and high attention to detail. A professional attitude with a solution-oriented mindset is required. Comfort with technology, software platforms, and operational systems is necessary. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively is important.
