Customer Service Specialist

YourPower Labs is seeking an experienced Operations & Delivery Manager to oversee solar roof data annotation projects based at our Al Hafeez Executive office in Lahore. This full-time role involves managing the entire delivery process for our UK-based solar roof-analysis operations. You will be responsible for client communication, coordinating the annotation team, ensuring quality control, and delivering projects accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can translate client requirements into organized workflows and reliable outcomes, maintaining strong collaboration with sales and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Own client relationships by managing calls, written updates, and clarifying project scope, acting as the primary point of contact from kickoff through delivery.
- Plan and track project delivery by breaking down client batches, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and identifying risks early.
- Lead the annotation team by onboarding, aligning, and supporting annotators to maintain consistent quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks on validated roof segments and rendered outputs, ensuring accuracy and consistency before delivery.
- Manage the delivery pipeline to confirm that completed jobs are rendered, delivered correctly, and receipt is acknowledged.
- Coordinate with sales and leadership to provide updates on operational capacity, workload, and delivery schedules, ensuring sustainable work flow.
- Oversee client artwork production by engaging and managing designers to deliver accurate and timely mail artwork.
- Plan team capacity and growth by assessing resource needs, communicating hiring requirements, and participating in recruitment.
- Provide clear reporting to clients and leadership on project status, risks, and expected delivery timelines.
- Continuously improve processes by identifying bottlenecks in throughput, rework, rendering, uploads, and delivery workflows.

Required Qualifications

- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to serve as the client’s main point of contact.
- Experience working with English-speaking clients or within an English-speaking business environment, preferably UK-based.
- Proven background in project management, operations, or delivery management, including team leadership and managing recurring deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks while identifying quality issues.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to align, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
- A strong ownership mindset, treating client commitments and deadlines as personal priorities.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lahore with some overlap during UK business hours for client meetings.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
