Role Description: The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, responsible for supporting clients throughout their packaging projects. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing product and service information, and guiding clients on suitable packaging options. The specialist will handle order processing, track shipments, resolve issues promptly, and coordinate with internal teams such as sales, design, and production to ensure smooth service delivery.Daily tasks include maintaining accurate customer records, monitoring service quality, and proactively enhancing the customer experience by identifying opportunities for improvement. The position requires consistent professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong focus on building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and communicate with USA-based clients
- Handle sales inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and negotiations, productions and shipments
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand customer packaging requirements and coordinate solutions
- Generate new sales leads and convert prospects into customers
- Work according to USA business hours/time zone

Qualifications:- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, orders, and issue resolution effectively.

- Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and clear communication skills for professional interactions with clients.
- Relevant experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or B2B services.
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore, manage multiple tasks, and use CRM or customer support tools efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Minimum intermediate education; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
