Shift: Night shift (Rotational, 5 days a week)
This is an office-based role.
Position Overview: Transpotech is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring excellent service delivery for our clients. You will be the key point of contact for customers and handling inquiries. Role Responsibilities:- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complains.
- Knowing our service' inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications and requests.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transaction, comments and complains.
- Communicating and coordinating with team as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (from abroad preferred)
- Having Excellent spoken English skills and a neutral, US or British accent is MANDATORY.
- Foreign Exposure in English speaking countries is preferred
- Ability to multitask
- Familiarity and experience with CRMs
- Strong computer and typing expertise
- Experience working in Customer support roles (US experience is preferable)
- Excellent Spoken English skills with (US or British accent preferred)
