We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Customer Service Specialist to support our operations serving US healthcare providers. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for medical practices, managing daily communications, assisting with onboarding new clients, resolving billing inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout our medical billing services. This position requires a strong commitment to professionalism, empathy, and accuracy in a fast-paced healthcare revenue cycle management environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Client Support: Act as the main liaison for US doctors, clinic managers, and practice administrators by addressing billing questions, service inquiries, and support tickets promptly and professionally.
Seamless Onboarding & Orientation: Guide new healthcare practices through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition with clear communication and well-defined service expectations from the outset.
Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations, Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up, and Verification of Benefits (VOB), to resolve escalated client issues and provide accurate account updates.
Interaction Tracking: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions—phone calls, emails, and service tickets—within the CRM system to ensure a comprehensive history of support activities and account status.
Proactive Communication: Manage client notifications, follow-ups, and satisfaction check-ins to keep healthcare practices informed and supported consistently.
Compliance & Confidentiality: Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations and internal data security policies in all client interactions and documentation.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 2 to 4 years in customer service, client support, or account management, preferably within US healthcare revenue cycle management, medical billing, or a business process outsourcing (BPO) environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with polished phone and email etiquette tailored to US healthcare professionals.
Technical Literacy: Proficiency with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, healthcare practice management software, and Microsoft Excel.
Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of the US medical billing lifecycle and client service escalation processes.
Shift Commitment: Ability to work a fixed on-site night shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
Candidates should be comfortable commuting to the office location and working the specified night shift. This role demands a high level of reliability and the ability to manage sensitive healthcare information with discretion.
