Customer Success Associate

Careception is seeking a confident, energetic, and articulate Customer Success Associate to join our team and collaborate with a US-based agency. Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers who have already expressed interest by requesting information.
- Schedule appointments with interested clients and follow up to confirm these appointments.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with US-based customers via phone.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update appointment details regularly.
- Collaborate with the team to consistently meet daily appointment-setting targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Confident, friendly, and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Capability to work independently while meeting daily performance goals.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is advantageous.
- Salary range from PKR 75,000 to 100,000, with additional bonus opportunities.
- Work location is on-site at Bahria Town Phase 7, near Shaheen Chowk, Rawalpindi.
- Night shift schedule.
- This position requires on-site attendance and is not eligible for remote work.
