Customer Success Executive

Protech Solution is seeking motivated and persuasive International Sales Agents to join our dynamic team on the night shift. This role involves engaging potential clients primarily through cold calling, targeting international markets to promote our IT services. Ideal candidates will have at least six months of experience in cold calling, sales, or lead generation, and possess fluent English communication skills. The position offers a competitive base salary with additional commission opportunities, providing an average monthly take-home pay between 130,000 to 150,000 PKR. The shift starts at midnight, making it suitable for individuals comfortable working during late hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in international markets, introducing and promoting IT services.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches that generate interest and qualify leads according to company standards before transferring them.
- Maintain high call volumes while consistently meeting daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handle objections professionally and work towards closing deals effectively.
- Accurately record customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximize conversions and overall revenue generation.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in English with a neutral or near-native accent is essential for effective communication with international clients.
- Minimum of six months’ experience in cold calling, sales, or lead generation roles.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills to engage prospects successfully.
- Punctuality and strict adherence to the night shift schedule starting at 12:00 AM.
- Demonstrated work ethic, respectfulness, and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on personal and professional growth.
- Ability to think quickly, adapt to changing situations, and handle rejection constructively.
