Customer Success Manager

HG Marketing Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in Lahore, located in Gulberg III near Liberty Market. This full-time, on-site position operates Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our clients’ podcast content, helping businesses expand their audience and convert their podcasts into valuable content assets. The salary range for this role is between PKR 70,000 and PKR 85,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and maintain content calendars for client podcasts to ensure timely delivery and consistency.
- Submit raw audio and video files for editing, supervise the editing process, and ensure all client instructions and quality standards are met.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all client-delivered assets to maintain high standards.
- Design or supervise the creation of engaging thumbnails and manage social media posts to effectively promote podcast episodes.
- Review edited content for quality assurance and client compliance, coordinating revisions as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing regular updates on project progress.
- Collaborate closely with editors and content creators to deliver polished and professional podcast content.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Proficiency in content planning, editing oversight, and performance analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team.
- Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of industry quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is required.
- Fluency in English is essential for effective communication and content management.
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in a similar role within content management or podcast production is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with major podcast platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts is considered an advantage.
