Customer Success Representative ( JP-125 )

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Representative to manage and nurture our existing client base, drive customer engagement, and support sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Urdu and English and comfortable with making calls and following up with customers. Strong skills in reporting and Microsoft Excel are essential to analyze customer data and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to existing customers through phone and email to maintain strong relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Engage customers by providing timely updates, promotional offers, and relevant product information to enhance their overall experience.
- Follow up diligently on leads and sales opportunities, managing the process from initial contact through to successful closure.
- Support the sales team by assisting with upselling and cross-selling of products and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, tracking all interactions using CRM tools.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on customer engagement, lead status, and sales performance.
- Utilize Excel to analyze data, identify trends, and uncover opportunities to improve customer success outcomes.
- Communicate professionally and effectively in both Urdu and English, tailoring interactions to customer preferences.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer success, sales, or client management roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Urdu and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a customer-centric mindset and a problem-solving approach.
